David has been active in the company since 1996 and attained his Real Estate License in 1997. He has worked in all aspects of the company including maintenance, leasing, and accounting. He has been the Designated Broker for Farnsworth-Ricks since 2003 and currently leads the team of professionals. Farnsworth-Ricks is a member of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR), the Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). David is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has been active in the Phoenix Metro chapter.

Bambi joined Farnsworth-Ricks in 2002. She performs many duties in the office, including work order and invoice processing, answering phones, handling tenant concerns, and communicating with owners and tenants. She does everything to help the office flow smoothly. She will always greet you with a smile and is always willing to get an answer for you when one is needed.

John Batchelor joined Farnsworth-Ricks in the summer of 2018. John has had his Real Estate License since 2009 and has worked in sales and property management ever since. His calm demeaner and good work ethic is just what we need here at Farnsworth Ricks! John has lived in Mesa most of his life where he currently lives with his wife and son. When not at working John enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time outdoors.

Kevin Kilker is our maintenance manager here at Farnsworth Ricks. He has had his Real Estate license in Arizona since 2001 and has enjoyed representing buyers and sellers, as well as renovating several homes and selling them through the years. Kevin came to the Valley in 1993 with his wife and two sons. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family and going to his cabin in Heber/Overgaard where he also lists and sells real estate. We are glad to have Kevin on our team!
